Viv Mason moved that she and Laura Galliher share board leadership as co-chairs, and the board voted unanimously to approve the new arrangement. In other business, the board approved minutes from its July 28 meeting, discussed cyclical inspection practices, and received an update on new growth in town property valuations.
The board scheduled its next regular meeting for September 22, 2026.
