Conservation Commission denies wetlands applicability for Eagle Road cottage replacement.

HINSDALE — Conservation Commission issues negative determination for Eagle Road cottage. The panel voted 3-0 to allow applicant Jeffrey Lynch to remove an existing cottage at 39 Eagle Road and replace it with a new cottage on helical piers, plus install a well and landscaping, even though the work partially lies within the 100-foot buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. A clarified plan showing well, house, and sewer line locations satisfied the Commission's concerns and eliminated the need for a Wetlands Notice of Intent.
