Finance Committee · Meeting of January 8, 2026

HINSDALE — Finance Committee approves November minutes and midyear account review. Town Administrator Bob Graves reported that Road Superintendent Jamie Callahan, now a Licensed Water Operator, has completed most upgrades at the Water Treatment Plant and enabled remote readings access; Berkshire Engineering will serve as consultant going forward. The Committee noted Winter Roads and Veterans accounts have exceeded 50 percent spending midway through the fiscal year.

Graves submitted a $900,000 grant application for Plunkett Lake Dam work, requiring a $100,000 town match and a decision expected by end of March.
