Finance Committee reorganizes; culvert grant deadline looms

Hinsdale Finance Committee reorganizes with Shaun Galliher as Chair. The Committee unanimously approved six separate motions to carry forward account balances in Legal, Engineering and Infrastructure, Hazardous Trees, Tax Title accounts, Police Evaluation and Audit ($25,000), Tree Warden General Expense, and Lake Management and grant-match accounts. Town Administrator Bob Graves warned that a culvert on George Schnopp Road must begin construction by June 30 or the town will forfeit a $500,000 grant, and reported that Town Buildings General Expense is trending over and may require a Special Town Meeting warrant item.
