Among those four, prices ranged from $21,499 to $630,000, with a median of $137,500. The month's top transaction was 720 Robinson Road, which sold for $630,000 on Sept. 15 to Citizens Bank N.A. Several filings were family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales, and banks or lending entities appeared as buyer on four of the 12. With most prices still outstanding, a full picture of Hinsdale's September market isn't yet available.
