Hinsdale Home Prices Range From $10,000 to $450,000 in Late Summer Sales
Hinsdale recorded 14 property transactions between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with five disclosing a sale price ranging from $10,000 to $450,000 and a median of $310,000. The top sale was 69 Creamery Road at $450,000, sold by Emily A. and Travis R. Walsh to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Creamery, Ashmere and Robinson roads each saw two recorded transactions tied to the same parcels. Nine of the 14 transactions, including several mortgage filings, did not disclose a price, and two appear to be transfers within the same family. The data shows steady recording activity but limited price transparency for the period.
