Hinsdale Library Board forms subcommittees to strengthen governance and finance. The August 4 meeting included Interim Director Sarah Welch and trustees Vivian Mason, Katie Bolger, David Mickenberg, Carol Gokhale, Elizabeth Mottor, and Tom Butler, with board member Mickenberg drafting a Finance and Governance subcommittee plan and committing to develop a facilities report. The subcommittees will review policies and establish procedures for fund and account management.
The board scheduled a November 7 bake sale with a gift-card raffle.
