The month's largest transaction was the $630,000 sale of 720 Robinson Rd, from Nicholas E. and Lindsay D. Disantis to Citizens Bank NA. Eight transfers had no price yet available, a common lag in deed recording. Five of the six priced transactions listed a bank, credit union or lending entity as buyer, and several unpriced transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust.
