Hinsdale records 13 deed transactions in late August, most without disclosed sale prices
Hinsdale's Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 13 property-related transactions between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three disclosed a sale price: $10,000, $200,000 and $450,000, yielding a median of $200,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 69 Creamery Rd at $450,000, sold Aug. 19 by Emily A. and Travis R. Walsh to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Robinson Road and Creamery Road each saw two or more recorded entries. Five of the 13 transactions were mortgage recordings rather than sales, and two others were transfers within the same family. With most prices undisclosed, the data does not support a clear read on overall market direction this period.
