Hinsdale records 14 deed transfers as most sale prices go undisclosed
Hinsdale recorded 14 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three listed a sale price: $85,000, $265,000 and $450,000, for a median of $265,000. The top recorded sale was 41 Creamery Rd. for $450,000, sold by Roberta C. Francis to Travis R. and Emily A. Walsh. Eleven of the 14 recordings, including three town of Hinsdale acquisitions, mortgage-related filings and same-family transfers, carried no disclosed price, limiting what the data shows about overall market pricing this period.
