The top recorded sale was 720 Robinson Rd at $630,000, sold Sept. 15 by Nicholas and Lindsay Disantis to Citizens Bank NA. Robinson Road and White Birch Lane each had two recorded transfers. Several transactions appear to be family, trust or bank-related transfers rather than open-market sales. With 12 of 16 deeds still awaiting a recorded price, the full scope of the period's market activity remains incomplete.
