Hinsdale sees 13 property transfers in August, most prices undisclosed
Hinsdale recorded 13 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three listed a sale price, ranging from $10,000 to $450,000, with a median of $85,000. The month's largest disclosed sale was 69 Creamery Rd at $450,000, transferred from Emily A. and Travis R. Walsh to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Financial institutions, including banks and a credit union, appeared as buyer or seller in seven of the 13 records. Creamery Road and Main Street each saw two transfers. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited visibility into actual sale values across the town this period.
