Hinsdale Library Board approves $100 for raffle tree and tickets as spring fundraiser tool. Interim Director Sarah Welch reported recent repairs to the auto door, water pipes, and roof leak inspection, plus new staff hiring and expanded programming including biweekly story hour and upcoming Steve Cormier event on April 18. Trustee Katie Bolger is pursuing the Library Construction Program for the 2027 funding round, while Trustee Marge Filkins reviews Cultural Council construction grant applications.
The board deferred a library attendance policy vote to the April 7 meeting and will begin planning the annual fundraiser in July.
