One of Eight Hinsdale Property Transfers in July Discloses a Sale Price
Eight property deeds were recorded in Hinsdale between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one disclosed a sale price: $79,837 for 190 George Schnopp Road, sold July 14 by Roger S. and Lisa D. Burr to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Amerisave Mortgage Corp. The remaining seven transfers, spanning New Windsor Road, an unaddressed parcel, Main Street, Ashmere Road, South Shore Road, Maple Street and Church Street, did not disclose prices. Parties included two credit unions, a family trust and Hinsdale Town Conservation. With just one priced transaction, the data does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
