In reports, Town Administrator Bob Graves said a conservation agent position is advertised and police contract work is underway, while DPW Superintendent James Callahan noted a New Windsor Road culvert proposal at roughly $650,000 and said road closure signs will address muddy-road complaints on Buttermilk Road.
