Hinsdale Select Board unanimously appoints Officer David Tarjick as acting police sergeant while postponing decision on Police Chief appointment. Board Member Margaret Gregory moved the appointment, seconded by Board Member Bart Collins, with all members voting in favor. The board tabled a decision on Bruce Cullett's interim police chief appointment to its January 28 meeting.
The board also unanimously approved business certificates for K's Cleaning Services, operated by Kirstin O'Toole, and for Rachel Ellsworth, and unanimously approved a settlement agreement for 229 George Schnopp Road under which the town returns a $5,000 deposit to Weber, who agrees not to bid on the property.
