Hinsdale Select Board approves utility pole for school electric vehicle chargers. Chair Margaret Gregory and members Ray Huntoon and Bart Collins voted unanimously to allow NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource and Verizon New England Inc. to install a 45-inch utility pole numbered 42/B9M along the southerly side of Maple Street, approximately 24 feet from the road centerline. Eversource Field Engineer Designer Jesse Martin presented the petition, explaining the pole will support charging infrastructure positioned between two existing poles.
The board also approved the prior meeting minutes and received a business certificate request from Mountain Mixers LLC.
