Hinsdale Board of Assessors elects Mason as new Chair. Viv Mason was unanimously elected Chair of the Board of Assessors during the June 23 meeting, replacing Laura Galliher in the two-member board's leadership reorganization. The board voted unanimously to deny a real estate abatement request for the property at 212 Longview Ave and to approve personal property abatements for 79 Ashmere Drive and 15 Bear Hill Road.
The board's next meeting is scheduled for July 21.
