HINSDALE — Zoning Board of Appeals approves special permit for Storie shed installation. The board voted 3 to 0 on June 8 to permit Jeffrey and Debra Storie to replace a storage trailer with a 10-by-20-foot shed at 164 Shore Drive in the R-3 district. Chairman Jeff Viner confirmed the applicants had consulted the abutting neighbor and that the structure would not exceed primary-house dimensions.
The board imposed three conditions: the shed must remain one story, not exceed 10 by 20 feet, and sit at least 10 feet from the house.
