Hinsdale Zoning Board approves special permit for residential rebuild project. Chairman Jeff Viner, joined by board members Bruce Alexander and Dan Thorton, voted unanimously to allow applicant Jeffrey Lynch to demolish the existing building at 39 Eagle Road and reconstruct on a different footprint positioned on a flatter area farther from the property line. The board imposed two conditions: the new structure cannot exceed 1,000 square feet and must conform exactly to the submitted plans.
Lynch confirmed the new one-story building will not obstruct neighbors' views despite being approximately 25 percent larger than the current structure.
