Only 2 of 10 Hinsdale Deeds Filed in July Disclose a Sale Price
Ten deeds were recorded for Hinsdale properties between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two disclosed a sale price, both $100,000, at 369 Old Windsor Rd and 220 Pittsfield Rd. The median among disclosed sales was $100,000. Five of the 10 filings involved a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, two involved the town (a conservation transfer and a zoning special permit), and one was a trust transfer with no buyer listed. With price data available for just two of 10 recorded transfers, the month's filings don't support a clear read on market direction.
